Job DescriptionTo understand and analyze customer's HR Payroll business workflow, payroll policy, payroll requirements etc.
Maintain, support, and make necessary adjustments to the HR Payroll system to align with customer's payroll policy and requirements, ensuring accuracy of payroll outcomes.
Actively identify and investigate system issues, providing resolution and follow-up to customers.
Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's question/issue, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
Work closely with the internal Business Development and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Open for fresh graduates who are familiar with coding or programming in any programming languages.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese.
This role requires liaising with clients in Hong Kong and Australia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
