Ability to own and deliver key strategic initiatives like creating ESG policy, leading ESG comms, ESG reporting etc aligned to ESG strategyDevelop project plans, define project timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure successful outcomes.Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare progress reportsProactively manage project risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessaryPrepare reports and presentations to communicate ESG project's progress and outcomes to senior management, detailing progress, risks, and outcomes.Engage with various internal and external stakeholders, including employees, senior leadership, suppliers to communicate ESG initiatives and outcomes5 - Competency Profile01.
