Responsibilities:
To monitor and provide supervision to ensure smooth running field operations.
Assist in supervising daily operation, field maintenance and nursery management.
Assist in estate operational management including utilization of human capital and materials, reduce and mitigate the pests and disease attack in plantation.
To manage store (fertilizer, chemicals, POL, etc), machinery, and other tools.
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
To support estate administration in ensuring that all activities are in compliance with RSPO, MSPO & OSH requirements.
Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in plantation environment.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Work independently, dynamic and result oriented.
Good people management, communication and report writing skills.
Willing to work and live in plantation environment.
Willing to relocate.
