With more than 15,000 employees, they create world-class solutions in communications, 5G, automotive, energy, quantum, aerospace, defense, and semiconductor markets for customers in over 100 countries.Job Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and implementation of charging and battery test systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and safety.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate battery & charging test systems with other components and systems.Stay updated with the latest advancements in battery technology and charging systems, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation within the team.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the R&D team.Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including solution proposal, technical demonstrations, and responding to technical inquiries.Develop comprehensive testing and validation plans to ensure system functionality and compliance with industry standards.Prepare technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, etc.Job Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing battery test systems and charging solutions.Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools, and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ will be an added advantage.In-depth understanding of battery technologies, charging protocols, and industry standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.Remuneration:MYR 15,000 - MYR 22,000Consultant in charge:Ken Ng | ****** | 019-213 2628#J-18808-Ljbffr
