Event Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description:  Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives Come up with suggestions to enhance the event's success Setup budgets and ensure adherence Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers Manage all operations Be the point of contact for any events run by you Able to liase with clients to understand their requirement for the event  Resolve issues before and during event quickly Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur Analyze the event's success and prepare reports Job Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.Proven work experience as event planner/ coordinator.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication and negotiation ability.A team player with leadership skills Able to work with minimum supervision
