ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end management of offline activations and being responsible for achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Recruit, manage, and train Moomoo offline sales brand ambassadors (BAs) to drive acquisition goals through various offline channels including but not limited to roadshows and events.
Implement incentive schemes and proper sales process management to ensure high team morale and sharp sales skills.
Run training programs to ensure all sales BAs understand Moomoo's platform and product suite, and marketing campaign mechanics, and adhere to compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional teams, including partnership, legal, and compliance, to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from offline sales.
Prepare regular reports and sharing on offline sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
Support any other relevant marketing initiatives such as offline activations and roadshows where necessary.
RequirementsAt least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in digital brokerage or similar financial institutions.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in an offline sales role.
Good knowledge of various asset classes, including but not limited to stocks, options, and ETFs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and contract management abilities, with a track record of driving favorable outcomes.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work both independently and within the team.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new sales and growth opportunities.
MAS-licensed financial representative is a plus.
English speaking and fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
