Your Responsibilities:



-You will be working closely with the clients to understand their vision and goals for the event.


-Develop and advise on matters related to budget, timelines and expectation


-Liaise with partners and negotiate contracts successfully


-Be the primary point of contact on event day


-Manage and track event budget to ensure financial objectives are met


-Evaluate event success 


-Lead and manage internal teams

-Experience in a similar role to that of Events Manager


-Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.


-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


-Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes.


-Knowledge of event planning and marketing techniques.


-Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for creating event floor plans and adjusting artwork for print.


-Budgeting and financial management skills.


-Proficiency in related event management software.


-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
