Your Responsibilities:
You will be working closely with the clients to understand their vision and goals for the event.
Develop and advise on matters related to budget, timelines, and expectations.
Liaise with partners and negotiate contracts successfully.
Be the primary point of contact on event day.
Manage and track event budget to ensure financial objectives are met.
Evaluate event success.
Lead and manage internal teams.
Requirements - Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience in a similar role to that of Events Manager.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
Knowledge of event planning and marketing techniques.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for creating event floor plans and adjusting artwork for print.
Budgeting and financial management skills.
Proficiency in related event management software.
