Executive, Accounts

Responsible for overall company Financial Accounting.
Assist in preparing a full set of accounts and monthly financial reports.
Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve accounting matters.
Monitor cash flow, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
Collaborate with Auditors and tax agents pertaining to account and tax related matters.
Assist in the preparing of sales invoices.
Assist in tracking and preparing the cash position on a weekly basis and perform month-end bank reconciliation.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar position with at least Diploma certification preferred.
Similar working experience in handling a full set of accounts, preferably in an FMCG environment.
Familiar with accounting software such as Navision as well as Microsoft Office.
Strong administrative and good communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in handling tasks, positive attitude, and meticulous.
Able to multi-task and work independently.
