Executive, Application for Group Information TechnologyPlan and coordinate the adoption of IT digitalization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Provide functional and technical support during the implementation of IT digitalization initiatives, addressing user inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Manage project documentation, training materials, and other application-related documents to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Act as the main liaison between business users and solution partners for new projects and system improvements, fostering strong collaborative relationships.
Provide Level 2 support for UDA's software applications (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, UDA Super App, Vacant Possession & Defect Management System), troubleshooting technical problems and working closely with end-users and solution partners to identify and implement solutions.
Assist in deploying system changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to end-users and ensuring optimal system performance.
Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure and Security team to ensure applications adhere to performance and security standards, and participate in IT system maintenance and exercises, such as Disaster Recovery Exercises (DRE).
Comply with IT organization requirements, processes, procedures, and policies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application support to continuously improve service quality.
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the Team/Division Lead.
THE INCUMBENT:Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
1-3 years of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating a high level of confidentiality and customer focus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
Ability to work in a team-focused and collaborative environment.
Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive learner interested in broadening skills and advancing within the division.
Knowledge and experience with customer service practices.
Working knowledge of Project Management and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
Familiarity with ERP solutions is an advantage.
