Position: PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)

Responsibilities:
Provides comprehensive support to the Directors / Owner, managing their schedules, organising meetings, handling correspondence and ensuring efficient office operations.
Liaise with clients, staff and external stakeholders, managing information flow and coordinating efforts to support the Owner's business objectives.
Handle and oversee the financial records, managing the accounting transactions for multiple entities within the Owner's portfolio including closing a full set of accounts for the entities, preparation of periodic accounts and reports, budgeting and banking.
Handle payroll, human resource, secretarial and administration matters.
Oversee and execute investment transactions. Monitor and track portfolio of investments and report accordingly.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and timely financial reporting.
Manage the accounts and administration team.
Support and perform other assignments as required from time to time.
Job Requirements/Skills and Knowledge:
Able to converse well in English. Ability to converse in any Chinese dialect is an advantage but not compulsory.
'Number-savvy', attention to detail and thorough in carrying out tasks.
Business literate with a passion in accounting/finance/economics.
Curious and resourceful.
Able to handle pressure and complete tasks within agreed deadlines.
Hands-on in executing tasks, organised, independent and self-motivated.
Discreet and professional in handling confidential matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders across the organisations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in accounting with distinction/credit in mathematics for SPM/O-Levels.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
Possess above average proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Possess own transport.
Able to travel to different entities at different locations as and when required.
Willing to work 5 ½ day-week whenever needed. (5 days work required for this application)
