Job Title:Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)
Employment Type:Full time
Responsibilities:Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders.
Convey messages, updates, or directives to relevant teams or departments.
Coordinate activities or initiatives that involve multiple departments.
Conduct research to support decision-making.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:Diploma or above in Business Studies/ Administration/ Logistics, or any other related field.
Knowledge or experience with Trade, Distribution or Logistics will be an added advantage.
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written. Japanese will be an advantage for this position.
Proficiency in office software, especially Excel formulas and productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
Personal Attributes:Motivated, energetic, and cheerful person.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adept at multitasking and problem-solving, able to work independently.
