Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Accurately document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items, ensuring that all technical aspects and terminologies are well captured.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for software functionalities, source code functions, and other technical processes, ensuring clarity and precision.
Attend all team meetings to gain an in-depth understanding of the software and projects, and document any commitments or follow-up actions required.
Assist in tracking and following up on tasks and deliverables promised during meetings, ensuring timely completion.
Assist in filling out technical forms and other documentation as required by various stakeholders.
Work closely with the team to understand and document technical requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in English Language Studies, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and accurately.
Understanding of technical terms related to servers, IP addresses, software, authentication, deployment, and other IT-related processes is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
