About the role
The Executive Assistant to the VP - Sports (Asia) will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to the management by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondences, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings, etc.
Reporting to the VP - Sports (Asia), you will be responsible for:
Maintainand manage the VP's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, andtravel arrangements.
Coordinateand organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, andfollow-up actions.
Prepareand draft reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Arrangedomestic and international travel itineraries, including flights,accommodation, and transportation.
Preparetravel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Handleconfidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Maintainoffice systems, including data management and filing.
Assistwith personal errands and tasks as needed.
Assistwith the coordination and execution of various projects and initiatives.
Conductresearch and compile information as required.
Actas a point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Fosterand maintain positive relationships on behalf of the executive
In order to be successful for the role, you should ideally have:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferablyin a retail environment.
Proficiency in MSOffice Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbaland written communication skills.
High level ofprofessionalism and integrity
Strong attentionto detail, ability to multitask, high accuracy in recording data and manage time effectively.
