Present partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.
Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing concerns and providing solutions.Market Research and Insights :Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to identify new opportunities.
Gather feedback from merchants to refine processes and improve service offerings.Compliance and Documentation :Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and agreements.Key Qualifications
Education : Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
Experience :Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
Strong understanding of merchant operations and customer-centric solutions.Skills :Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
