Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Client Relationship ManagementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Understand clients' logistics requirements and provide them with tailored solutions.Conduct regular client visits and presentations to showcase company capabilities and services.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Sales & Revenue GenerationMeet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.Internal Relationship ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Customer Care, Planner Operation, Finance, etc to ensure seamless service delivery.Foster positive working relationships with overseas commercial team and partners to enhance service capabilities and expand market reach.Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and international trade practices.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEGood at communication skills in order to enhance revenue and maintain customer services to our customers.Problem Solving together with negotiation skills to manage relationship with customers.Adaptability to find the solution the customers and maintain cost effectiveness to our comBENEFITSWork-Life at #TeamTeleportHot desks - On site work with flexible workspace arrangement and provide you with a change of scenery maybe in a quiet area.Unlimited training -You will have access to a wide range of learning resources including Notion!Ditch the Suit & Tie - Be comfortable as you are, express your inner Fashionista… as long as it's not a birthday suit!Vacation and time away - Sometimes you need to recharge and come back energized!
