About You
CARSOME is looking for a detail-oriented Executive, Business Development Support to manage ownership transfers.
You'll track listings, process requests, liaise with external parties, and handle documents.
You'll also create accounts, monitor ownership recovery, and offer solutions to related issues.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment and passionate about accuracy are key!
Your Day-to-Day
Record and maintain the ownership transfer tracking listing.
Support and perform all ownership transfer requests.
Perform filtration on the requirement fulfillment before executing ownership transfer.
Liaise with external parties on all required actions for JPJ ownership transfer.
Safekeep all relevant supporting documents for ownership transfers.
Provide relevant documents or information as requested by internal parties.
Perform account creation for new business development executives or dealers.
Monitor and obtain ownership transfers back to the company for all returned and rejected units.
Assist on any ad-hoc projects as needed and provide solutions to related parties facing issues with ownership transfer matters.#J-18808-Ljbffr
