Job DescriptionEnsure billings are generated and distributed to tenants according to the scheduled date.Perform lease adjustments of billing for renewal and new leases.Monitors collection and aging closely, perform posting and allocation in accounting system accordingly. Verify utility usage and bill accordingly including ad-hoc billing. Liaise and attend tenants' queries and sending reminders to tenants. Assist to prepare weekly and monthly closing reports. Assist in collating and coordinating documentations for legal actions against tenants. Qualifications Candidate must possesss Diploma,Advance/Higher/Economics,Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in similar capacity.
