Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.Job DescriptionActive involvement in the overall credit control function by ensuring timely collection of receivables in accordance with credit terms.Continuously monitor and review current credit control policies and procedures including system processes and where necessary make recommendations for improvement.Manage the arrears by closely following up with tenants on overdue accounts or to speed up payments, as well as sending out reminders.Initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion which may include litigation action.Attend to tenant's enquiries and take appropriate action to resolve issues.Maintaining an up-to-date aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances.Assist the superior in liaising and following up closely with appointed solicitors on litigation cases.Liaise and follow up closely with appointed solicitors on litigation cases such as issuance of NOD, WOD, Summons, Auction, etc.ResponsibilitiesCandidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in account receivables preferably in real estate or service industry.Preferably candidates with SAP accounting experience.Ability to work with tight deadlines for monthly reports and related ad-hoc activities.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Independent & strong team member with ability to execute, monitor, control and co-ordinate.1 position (01 year) available: The Mines, Seri Kembangan.BenefitsFlexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family.Training and development opportunities.Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences.Strong advocate of staff volunteerism.Wellness programmes.Closing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
