About the roleSK Magic Retails Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Executive, Customer Credit Management to join our team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur.
This full-time position is responsible for managing and overseeing the credit management processes for our customers, ensuring efficient and effective credit control procedures are in place.
What you'll be doing
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential customer information.
Daily checking on customer credibility on whether customers entitled to rent our products.
Reviewing documents for corporate customers to ensure the establishment is deemed fit with company policies.
Reducing collection & fraud risk on customers with bankruptcy and multiple details.
Ensuring the rental contract agreement is signed by the customer and attached as solid proof.
Review whether the customer is entitled to the number of units by monitoring collection history and CTOS score checking.
Ensuring no fraud cases on each order with irregular sales.
Assist the service team in reviewing documents such as SSM to determine whether the installation is suitable.
Ensuring payment details are completed with payment proof attached.
Handle rental transfer ownership to those customers who wish to transfer their product to another owner.
What we're looking for
Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in All Business Fields, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management.
Preferably, I would have at least 2 years of related work experience.
Preferably specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
