Job Description:
Employee Experience:Implement strategies to enhance the employee experience at SDG.
Propose improvements to SDG's employee experience through the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, development, training).
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Gather and analyse feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement.
Design and administer employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, including pulse surveys.
Compile and analyse survey data to identify key trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement based on survey results.
Communication:Develop and execute communication plan to ensure employees are engaged and informed about company news, departmental initiatives, and upcoming events.
Utilise various communication channels such as intranet, email, and internal social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Assist in creating and distributing newsletters, memos, and other communication materials.
Culture and Well-being:Promote a positive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.
Organize and promote wellness programs such as fitness challenges, mental health awareness campaigns, and stress management workshops.
Collaborate with external vendors to provide resources and support for employee well-being.
Project and Event Management:Lead end-to-end project and event management, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Conduct thorough evaluations post-event to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and cost-efficient outcomes.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to align goals and expectations.
Act as a liaison to address concerns and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting:Establish and utilize metrics to monitor the progress of employee engagement and experience initiatives.
Prepare reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, employee engagement, or related fields.
