Job Requirements Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resourcesPrepare and implement sales action plans (e.g. plan sales routes, make regular calls/visits, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territoriesTrack team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans.Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areasExecute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandisingPrepare and/or review quotations, proposals and contracts to facilitate sales agreements Monitor competitors' activities/products and produce competition reports based on merchandising dataRecommend practical actions to counter competitionPrepare sales reports and report projected sales/margin forecastsTrack and highlight unusual increases/decreases in customer demandCoordinate continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, and etcTrack and collect payments from customers Investigate, resolve and log customer issues and advise on follow-up actionsMaintain relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirementsFollow up with customers, respond to queries and solicit further ordersWork with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of productsSupport internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers Job requirements: SPM/Diploma in business studies or similarPreferably 2 year's experience in sales role or similarDemonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers. Sales experience in Consumer Goods preferredDemonstrate good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skillsDemonstrate strong communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrate basic research and analytical skillsDemonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage as required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers.
