Executive - Finance (Account Receivable)

Responsibilities: Responsible for daily reconciliation of income collection from outlets operation.Review and prepare of accounting entries for income collection.Responsible for e-Commerce collection reconciliation.Check and update customer invoices and receipts.Liaise with retail operations staff on collection issues.Coordinate documents and filings related to income.Support manager in the preparation of management reports and analysis for income-related activities.Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a LCCI/ Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.Minimum 2 years working experiences. Fresh graduates with passion to learn and grow will be considered.Preferably Executives/ Non-Executives with experience in handling Cash & Stock in retail industry.Self-motivated and passionate about retail.Independent and able to work under pressure.
