Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management report and rolling cashflow report.Overall, in charge and manage day to day operational works of the finance and accounts related matters.Maintain updated accounting record which include cash book and account payable are updated. Manage and monitor cash flow and/or cash position to ensure the company meets its commitments and to highlight foreseeable shortage of funds. Prepare inter- company reconciliation, bank reconciliation and monthly schedule (fixed assets listing, prepayment, accruals listing & etc)Supervise, guide and coach junior finance and accounts personnel in their respective job functions.Liaise with tax agent and yearly income tax estimation, revise tax estimate and tax computation. Laise with auditor and coordinate interim and year end audit. Liaise with company secretary on relevant documentation that is requisition of resolution and SSM forms. Liaise with bankers on relevant documentation that is prepare loan drawdown letters to bank and follow up accordingly. Ensure that all statutory reporting submission is on time. Any other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time. Job Requirements:- Degree or professional accounting qualification.Minimum 2 years relevant working experience of working experience in the property development industry. Have knowledge in MHW system will be added advantage. Able to handle overall accounting, budgeting, taxation, and management reporting functions.Able to liaise effectively with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, government authorities and management.Good skill in analysis, coordination and regular follow-up. Good knowledge of government rules and regulations relating to property development industry.
