**Roles and Responsibilities**:Accounts Receivable- Perform collection and receipt issuance to parents/ customers.- Ensure all daily collections are properly received, recorded and banked-in.- Perform daily collections closing.- Issuance of payment advice, invoice and official receipts in a timely manner.- Assist in administering and monitoring service contracts of the School with third-party service providers.- Manage Students' Meal Plan Subscription process.- Perform credit control functions, including following up on all outstanding collections.- Prepare month-end closing, schedules and reconciliations.Accounts Payable- Process vendor payments in a timely manner.- Arrange payment approvals.- Assist in verifying and monitoring inventories of the bookshop.- Monitor Statement of Account on a monthly basis to esure there are no outstanding/ overdue payment requests.- Manage Accounts Payable and ensure all transactions are accurate and complete.- Ensure all transactions are accurate and complete.- Prepare month-end closing, schedules and reconciliations.Others- Assist in preparation of financial statements.- Support the administration team on day-to-day administration duties.**Requirements**:- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or other relevant courses.- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the education industry.- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.- Possess a high degree of integrity, in-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.- Meticulous, innovative, committed and able to work independently with minimum supervision.- Experienced with using ACCPAC system.We thank all applicants for expressing their interest in this vacancy.
