Responsible to assist related matters to foreign workers which includes application process, documentation and permit, workers clearance, induction training, insurance, manpower movement, and handling worker disciplinary.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with matters related to contract workers, including interviews, dealing with manpower suppliers, documentation and permits, induction training, and manpower movement.
Maintain facilities on the premises in good condition.
Liaise with manpower contractors regarding contract agreements, workers deployment, and disciplinary matters.
Assist the HR Manager in handling recruitment of contract workers, training, manpower planning, and disciplinary matters, including investigation of misconduct and conducting domestic inquiries.
Assist in handling foreign workers' welfare, such as arranging transport to work, clinics, and airports, as well as addressing disciplinary matters, especially those occurring in hostels.
Monitor and ensure timely payment of utilities bills for hostels, including water, electricity, and sewage bills.
Arrange for FOMEMA, collect passports at the Embassy, and manage banking matters for workers.
Prepare documents for the renewal of work permits, FOMEMA, passport renewals, immigration documentation, and labor office reports.
Monitor daily attendance of foreign workers and report to agents to update workers' performance.
Ensure employee facilities such as changing rooms, lockers, toilets, and canteens are well maintained and in good condition.
Supervise the services of water coolers from external suppliers and address complaints regarding water cooler services.
Education and QualificationMinimum Diploma / Professional Certificate in HRM or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in handling foreign workers matters.
Technical Skills & Professional KnowledgeGood communication skills, especially when handling foreign workers.
Knowledge of human resource management, Employment Act, Industrial Relations, and Immigration Department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
