1) General Affairs & Workforce Administration Develop, implement, supervise, improve and maintain effective management of daily administrative activities within CompanyCoordinate foreign worker matters, work permit, visa, renewal, etc.Coordinate employee relation matters and facilities such as canteen, hostel, gym, etc.Responsible for expatriate and foreign workers permit such as work permit application, visa, renewal and etc.Manage foreign workers in terms of hiring, FOMEMA, work permit termination, return back to origin country and othersHandle in daily administrative activities to create an effective management for General Affairs functionEnsure payment for vendor is processed accordingly and in timely mannerAssist in pest control, water dispenser, & other hygiene related tasks.Assist in overseeing administration such as pest control, dispatch, postage, sundries, office stationaries and othersAssist in registration of subcontractors working with CompanyOther assigned ad-hoc jobs 2) Industrial Relations Assist in IR related matters to maintain good employer – employee relationship through resolving employee grievances in workplaceResponsible for the complete process flow of disciplinary action management including conducting domestic inquiry, counselling, etc.Attends conciliation process, hearing, trial or mediation at Industrial & Labour Court on the disputes issues arising from termination, dismissal, non-compliance, etc.Liaises closely with external legal counsel on the preparation of Statement of Case, Statement of Reply, witnesses' statements, bundle of documents etc. in respect of to any of labor or industrial disputesResponsible to ensure smooth running of Joint Consultative Committee including the arrangement for scheduler meetings, communication channel to the rest of the employees 3) Recruitment Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of company and its subsidiariesAssist in overall recruitment activities in the company which include talent sourcing, interview arrangement, job offering, & on boarding of new employeesManage company job search portal and advertise vacancies to source for suitable candidatesPlan, implement & support for all recruitment activities such as internship programme, apprentices' scheme programme, etc.Liaise with local universities on career fairs, career talks, scholarship and internship related mattersAssist Manager in recruitment related reports, presentation & budget monitoringConduct exit interviews and exit clearance formalities Job Requirement: Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent programsFluent in spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishPreferably those with at least 3-4 years of working experience in related fieldFresh graduate with passion in human resource expertiseAble to handle fast pace environment & proactive in learning new knowledgeCreative, fast learner, responsible & positive attitude candidates are most welcomedHave own transport for travel for work related purposesGood communication skills and computer literateAdded advantage if candidate is able to work start immediatelyWilling to work in Meru Klang.
