EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIONAdministrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Administers various human resource plans, policies and procedures for all foreign personnel; assist in the development and implementation of foreign personnel policies and procedures.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the HR foreign manpower functions and duties which includes but not limited to monitoring and checking of work permit validity and renewals.
Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers.
Responsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any).
Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers' affairs i.e.
work permit management, medical examinations (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes etc.
Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agencies.
Process insurance-related matters i.e.
policy, claims etc.
related to foreign workers.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all HR Department's foreign workers' forms and records.
Responsible for workers' hostel / accommodation management & administration which includes but not limited to tenancy administration, house rules enforcement, maintenance, utilities bill administration, regular inspections, hygiene & cleanliness.
Responsible for the Company's registration and renewals of all licenses and permits related to government agencies and local authorities.
Responsible for the control & monitoring of Company's motor vehicles which includes motor vehicle usage documents & records, servicing & maintenance and road tax & insurance renewals.
Responsible for Company staff uniform issuance, collection, disposal and record keeping.
Responsible for the HQ office Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) matters and being the focal person for all emergency response and preparedness procedures.
Lead the HQ Office's initiatives in all Kiken Yoshi and 5S activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain HR department's summary and periodic reports.
Support staff members with various HR administrative tasks as and when required.
To implement, maintain and comply with Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and relevant requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Perform any other relevant duties of the company as and when required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
