ResponsibilitiesAssist to prepare Investment Risk Report on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Assist to establish relevant risk policies and procedures, including appropriate risk management parameters for investments.
Conduct portfolio return and attribution analysis periodically.
Conduct liquidity stress testing and credit risk exercise.
Liaise with the investment and operations team in providing/responding to clients queries in relation to investment risk matters.
Coordinate the Risk Management Committee meetings and prepare the meeting materials.
Assist in conducting periodic reviews of department policies and procedures and recommend improvements and enhancements.
Job RequirementsPossess Bachelor Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Statistics, Investment or any equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of related working experience, preferably with prior exposure in banking / financial services industry.
Fair understanding of risk management process in asset management.
Intermediate understanding of credit, market, and liquidity risk principles.
Knowledge in using Bloomberg, Tableau and VBA will be an advantage.
Additional professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM will be an advantage.
Good analytical skills, proactive and self-motivated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Excel.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
