Executive - It (Network, Infra & Desktop)

Important Note:
Successful candidate will be base at Subang Jaya office. Please take note that we are expecting to relocate our office location to Cheras Maluri area tentatively by end of this year 2024.
Job Description



-Provide hardware(PC/Notebook/Server) and software(OS and applications) installation, configuration, patches update, relocation and troubleshooting.


-Responsibilities for resolution of network outages,incident management, customer consulting, vendor management, operational delivery and solution design.


-Maintain serverand network infrastructure.


-Monitor server security, systemresources (such as CPU, RAM, disk space) and performance using Monitoring tools.


-Perform and verify system/data backup and recovery.


-Support or train users on IS/IT tools.


-Assist in documenting and maintain systemprocedures and guidelines.


-Attend and solve user problem (IR, HSR and etc)


-Involved in departmental project.


-Liaise with vendor on any hardwareand software troubleshooting and problem solving.


-Ensure all systems in healthy condition.


-Second levelsupport for all systems


-Ensure all AEON's information assets confidentiality, integrityand availability are protected.

; Requirements:-


- Diploma/Advanced Diplomaor Bachelor's Degreein Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent


-Preferable at 1~2 years of workingexperience in the related field is requiredfor this position.


-Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows architecture and environment-client/server


-Familiar with CISCO router,switches and firewallconfiguration


-Good knowledge in TCP/IP application, system integration andsecurity such as DHCP, DNS, SMTP, Firewall and FTP etc.
