-Product Development – improve existing products and develop new products according to the Company's branding andamp; growth strategies.
-Kitchen management – cleanliness are kept at good hygienic level, able to prepare product prototype from stage of ingredients preparation to sample readiness, and ensuring ingredients are readily available.
-Food Science and Nutrition Research – research on food laws relevant to the import countries, and study on nutritional ingredients.
-Product Certification and Documentation – ensure that Company products receive relevant food andamp; import certifications as determined by the relevant import countries.
-Strategic Sourcing – to identify quality and reliable suppliers of key ingredients for the Company.
-Market Research andamp; Product Ideation – research and closely monitor market trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities, create businesses cases and process to commercialization.
-Marketing Content – support marketing team to produce food-related creative content for marketing and advertising purposes e.g. photography, videos, blogs, workshops and demonstrations.
-Customer Service Enquiry – support customer service enquiry by providing details of Company's product.
-Other – any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

-Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Culinary, Nutrition, Food Technology or any relate field.
-Experience in FMCG or food related business is an added advantage.
-Experience with baking related products will be an added advantage.
-Able to work independently.
-Able to analyze and have critical thinking.
-Good teamwork.
-Good communication skill. Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
-Good attention to details.
