The Position:
Involve in the Learning and Development initiatives to plan and administer Learning & Development programs for both staff and retailers and Engagement initiatives for staff.
Trainer for selected training programs.
Assist the General Manager, Human Resource to provide data and reports based on the training & engagement programs conducted.
The Responsibilities:
Administer the curriculum of development and training material for all internal and external training workshops.
Coordinate retail communication workshops planned while ensuring quality and excellence of trainings.
Schedule training room for workshops planned and effectively communicate reminders of training dates to internal staff.
Participate in other trainings to benchmark training methodology, activity, and content.
Assess retailers and internal staff on language proficiency and customer service skills when requested.
Maintain the training room and its facilities in good condition, and manage training resources.
Support & administer development and materials for Learning and Development.
Assist Manager, Learning and Development with business acumen for training proposals with retailers as well as training room rental.
Manage the HRD Corp portal from training submission up to training claims.
Manage Learning Module in the Success Factors system.
Coordinate induction/orientation programs for new staff.
Assist and facilitate employee engagement activities as well as build relations with retailers.
Produce monthly HR e-newsletter.
Manage internal communications via Yammer platform.
Ensure that training happens effectively, and training goals are met with targeted Return of Investment.
The Requirements:
Possess Bachelor Degree in any related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, and staff engagement function.
Knowledge in using SAP will be an advantage.
Fluent in English writing and speaking.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to interact with people at all levels and work cohesively in a team with good communication.
Pleasant personality, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask horizontally.
