Executive, Logistic Support (Supply Chain Reporting)1. All performance measurement processes:
Coordinate with SADC team to obtain performance data for analysis
Generate reports for SADC supply chain performance by defined category
Prepare and publish specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations deck.
Ensure reports generated are accurate and presentable
2. Supporting Data Analytics for any process improvement projects
3. Liaison with BU, client and customer and other business units if necessary to support required data analysis.
4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationship with operation team, BU and business partners in perspective of data sharing.
5. Prepare and organize monthly business review for client with follow up promptly on the action items as discussed.
6. Handle special projects as assigned:
Perform research activities to identify new solutions for logistical challenges
Provide recommendation for efficiency improvement wherever applicable
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree of Supply Chain, Logistics or other similar field of study.
Minimum 2 years and above
Computer literate, with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reductions of known bottlenecks.
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
Possess good communication skills to work with various background stakeholders.
Willing to work in SADC Seksyen 26, Shah Alam
