Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a proven track record in developing and executing successful social media marketing strategies. This role will focus on managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and planning marketing campaigns that attract and retain local customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Social Media Strategies: Create and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Manage Online Presence: Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including posting content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries. Content Creation: Develop creative content (photos, videos, stories) that reflects our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at attracting local customers, promoting special events, and increasing overall foot traffic. Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with local influencers and bloggers to amplify our reach and drive engagement. Monitor Performance: Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Ideal Candidate Profile: Restaurant Marketing Experience: Proven experience in social media marketing within the restaurant industry, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this field. Creative Content Creation: Strong ability to create visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, and social media stories. Local Food Culture Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local food culture, dining trends, and customer preferences to tailor marketing efforts effectively. Key Skills: Social Media Management: Expertise in managing social media platforms, with a focus on building and engaging communities. Content Creation: Ability to produce high-quality content that captures the essence of our brand and attracts our target audience. Influencer Collaboration: Experience in working with influencers and bloggers to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Experience Required: 3-5 Years: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Educational Background: Diploma or Degree: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required. Expected Outcomes: Enhanced Online Presence: A noticeable increase in social media followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
