Responsible for the individual budget production achievement and portfolio mix.
Recruitment and retention of agents.
Maximizing business support from agents through regular servicing and visitations.
Expand the branch's business through multi-channelled marketing (inclusive Motor Franchise and Direct corporate clients).
Supervise and conduct training for agents.
Provide marketing and technical support to agents.
Gather market feedback on competitors' activities.
Acceptance of risks in compliance with Underwriting Standing Order.
Monitor acceptance of risks of agents.
Monitoring Underwriting results of agents.
Collection of premiums in compliance with Credit Control Policy.
Preparation of yearly budgets.
Resolve and escalate operation issues emanating from agents.
Managing document flow between agents and company.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
Minimum two (2) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry.
Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Successfully delivered on KPIs with proven track record in production, recruitment of agents and business development.
Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
