Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of English, Bahasa Melayu, andMandarin.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin will be prioritized as the role requires the candidate to handle Mandarin-speaking customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process export orders efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct market research on competitor activities and customer preferences.
Assist in product development and coordinate events.
Promote Heveapac products and designs to enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with the R&D team on product development.
