Responsibilities: A. Market & Secure NewSales Approachnew prospects by phone calls andemails.Scheduleand conduct appointments & presentation to clients bypreparing proposals/quotations.Co-ordinatewith the marketing clerk in the preparation of saleskit.Negotiateon costing / quotation with Head of Department (if below minimumrental rates).Followup with clients after presentations and sitevisits.Arrangesite recce with clients. (ifrequired).Prepare& proof-read new Agreements /Contracts.Liaisewith development department during construction of new structures,production, installation, etc.B. Servicing Existing / SecureClients Serviceclients on queries, complaints,breakdowns.Follow-upon renewal contract and propose new sites to existingclients.Liaisewith development department regarding complaints /breakdowns.Prepareformal / informal letters to reply clients queries /complaints.Fulfillclient queries / reasonable demands (e.g. trimming trees, marketsurvey, extra photo proofs,etc).Providephoto proofs (day & nights) to clients uponin-charge.Siterecce with clients (after in-charge) should the clientrequest. Follow-upon payments and Entertain clients, whenrequired. Requirements: Degreein Business Administration / Marketing or relatedfield.Minimumof 2 year of experience in a relatedfield. Proficiencyin speaking and writingCantonese/Mandarin.Knowledgeand exposure in the Outdoor Advertising Business is anadvantage.
