Analysis & Reporting (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
You will be responsible for monitoring maintenance and upkeeping the vehicle inventory of Experience Center. The objective of ensuring the inventory at the Experience Center is of good quality. You are expected to work very closely with several inter-departments (Logistics, Supply/Inventory, Carsome Certified Lab, After-Sales, Sales Growth, Country Retail Operations) as well as holding a strong rapport with your peers of other retail operation teams to derive a cohesive partnership in co-managing the Company's overall inventory.
Your Day-to-Day
Perform the day-to-day back-end operation monitoring activities which include report preparation, validation, and escalation to the fleet operation team.
Preparation and tracking of all Puspakom related activities which are done by the branch fleet operation team.
Working closely with a BFO, Branch Operation Assistant Manager, and Branch Manager to develop strategies for improved operation efficiency.
Monitoring vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimize downtime especially CCL receiving Inspection, Test Drive Inspection, Car wash, Upkeep Inspection being done periodically.
Monitoring and maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services in CMS/WMS.
Ensure completion of subject-matter related tasks for receiving inventory, inter-branch transfers, mobilizing inventory for repairs, home delivery, Test Drive, and all pre-determined transaction points.
Comply to ensure all movement of inventory is regulated and updated in the system (CMS/WMS).
Full support on Monthly Stock Count alongside the Finance, Sales Growth, and Supply-Inventory Team.
Monitor and maintain proper records on work, defects, car quality, and repair costs.
Perform training and guidance to BFOs should there be any new system enhancement or inquiries related to the enhancements.
Involve in any other Company's activities as assigned.
Your Know-How
Qualification in Diploma / Degree (in any discipline), preferably possesses some level of Automotive background.
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in the Automotive industry will be an added advantage.
A valid driving license with a clean record and willingness to travel.
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, multitask, able to define priorities effectively and think fast to resolve challenging situations.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team to support each other, quality-first mentality in upholding CARSOME's fleet quality standards.
Familiarity with the JPJ or Puspakom's procedure will be a plus point. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
