Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of documents.

Financial and Expense Management
Support the finance team in managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and monitoring expenses.
Assist with payment processing, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely payments.
3.
Investment Support
Assist analysts in researching investment opportunities and preparing reports.
Monitor portfolio performance and track market trends.
Support the preparation of investment presentations for stakeholders.
4.
Administrative Support
Liaise with external parties, including bankers, fund managers, and other service providers, to ensure smooth communication and operational support.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Undertake any other tasks, ad-hoc assignments, or special projects as assigned by the Head.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field (preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand financial data and market trends.
Trustworthy, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
Familiarity with accounting or financial processes.
Knowledge of investment terminology and portfolio management is an advantage.
