JOB FUNCTIONS AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Overall responsibility of OTP Department which includes the overall supervision of the department.
Monitoring of the OTP applications from Ministry of Finance.
Liaising with the Supply Department in preparing of vehicles.
To coordinate with PUSPAKOM, JPJ and other relevant Ministries on the transfer of vehicles.
Attending customer by personally delivering vehicles.
Preparing of monthly report on status of OTP.
Preparing of official letters to relevant Ministries.
Execute & implement any job assigned & instructed given by the superior.
QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is an added advantage.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Well-presented and good attitude.
Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills.
