Responsibilities:Oversee and administer monthly payroll processing for the Company.
Coordinate various payroll-related activities for Company payroll processing.
Administer activities which may include accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions; calculating overtime, shift payments, bonuses; and maintaining payroll records.
Administer employees' attendance for Company's payroll processing.
Resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
Prepare monthly payroll statistics data/reports.
Maintain all payroll-related records as required.
Maintain payroll records in HRIS.
Key Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management/Mathematics or equivalent qualifications with minimum CGPA 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
Possess Shared Service work exposure would be an added advantage.
Strong in Microsoft Excel and meticulous.
Possess at least 3 years of experience in payroll.
