We are looking for an Executive, Payroll to be responsible to perform end to end payroll operations and planning for Zalora Malaysia and this role will be based at Mercu 3, KL Eco City office.
Responsibilities: To compile payroll information collected from key stakeholders to ensure monthly payroll process are completed on time To ensure all necessary approvals and signatures are in order so that the monthly payroll run is completed in accordance with the stipulated payroll processing timeline To update the HRIS for all data related to payroll matters To support in preparation of periodic payroll reports for stakeholders review Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and all related transactions Assist in responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns of employee wages and statutory deductions Takes the initiative to stay abreast with any payroll key trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and any new technologies within the employment law domain Able to lead or partake in any other HR related projects as assigned from time to time Requirements: At least 2 years work experience from a HR generalist role specifically specializing in payroll Possess the exposure and working knowledge of HRIS and any other HR databases Possess good communication, is analytical and meticulous with data Possess good interpersonal skills and a great team player Successful applicant is expected to work in office based at KL Eco City and periodic travels are also expected to be made to Zalora Fulfilment Center at Section 23, Shah Alam (minimum 3 days per month) for team meetings The ZALORA Story ZALORA is Asia's leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination, part of Global Fashion Group.
