Executive/Personal Assistant Cum Hr Admin

Key Responsibilities:


-Executive/Personal Assistant Duties (60%):



-Provide comprehensive support to the CFO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.


-Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the CFO.


-Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other personal assistant tasks as required.


-Ensure effective communication and follow-up on important matters on behalf of the CFO.


-HR Administrative Duties (40%):



-Assist with HR-related tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and coordinating recruitment processes.


-Support onboarding processes for new employees, including orientation and documentation.


-Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties such as leave management, attendance tracking, and employee inquiries.


-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.

-Experience:


-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, providing executive support or handling HR-related tasks.


-Experience in a finance-related role or supporting a finance executive is highly valued.


-Education:


-A background in Finance is preferred. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline will also be considered.


-Skills:


-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.


-Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
