Executive, Procurement (Construction)

Job Description: Work with finance and BU to support payment processes to vendors.Manage relationship with organizational network & external vendor for procurement.Monitor and ensure compliance with procurement P&G.Conduct check on PR documentation.Carry out procurement activities based on PR details and BU needs.Assist in ongoing records/information review to determine the effectiveness of work processes and procedures.Maintaining positive supplier relations.Following and enforcing company's procurement P&G and maintaining accurate records.Reviewing, comparing, analyzing products/services to be purchased.Education Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.Preferably from property & construction industries. Relevant Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in procurement/sourcing/contract management. Proficient in Microsoft and purchasing software.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
