Job Description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, executing, and implementing Marketing & Sales activities to achieve Business Plan goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise and execute effective Marketing & Sales strategies to achieve project's Business Plan goals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and sales events such as sales launches, promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, etc., to deliver sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
Perform target market analysis and lead profiling to supplement business decisions.
Coordinate inter/intra-department and external workflow to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
Administer and execute department guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance.
Assist with other marketing & sales functions, including management reporting, liaising with agencies/suppliers/solicitors/bankers/authorities, and undertaking necessary applications or renewals of Developer's License (DL) and Advertisement & Sale Permit (AP).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
Computer literate.
Possession of a driving license is an added advantage.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience:
1 year of related working experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
