Job Description Job Description: 1.Develop, deploy and implement Project Quality Management System by designing and setting up appropriate programs, plans, deliverables, tools and practices to support Project Quality Objectives and Strategy.
2.Develop and implement Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP), Quality related procedures and Quality related Final Documentation through integrated planning, coordination, consolidation of project Document Management setup and effective communication and performance tracking to ensure project execution processes are appropriately planned, documented, assessed and controlled.
3.Plan, coordinate and execute Project Quality Audit, Assurance or Process Review Program in compliance with PD&T QMS, Project QMS, PPMS and PTS Quality requirements through formulation of appropriate audit or process review plan, timely tracking and closure of findings and full support to provide confidence to stakeholders on the effectiveness of Project Quality Management System implementation and sustainable superior project Quality performance.
4.Coordinate, consolidate and prepare Project Quality performance reports and Quality communication deliverables through periodic report submission to Quality Manager and relevant stakeholders, attendance in periodic meetings (Project Management, Progress and Coordination Meeting etc.), consolidation of Quality alerts, Non-Conformance, Quality meetings and Management Review to ensure independent and transparent Quality reporting to relevant stakeholders
5.Develop, execute and implement Project Quality Control, Inspection, Testing and Surveillance Program activities through proactive Quality surveillance, setting up RFI system, right selection of competent personnel in order to ensure design and constructed facilities comply with the intended project specifications, approved ITP and requirements of contractual, procedures and regulatory.
Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Quality or other relevant discipline (welding, inspection etc.)
Requirements: 1.Minimum 5 years of working experience in project execution for oil and gas or relevant industry. Experience as Project Quality Engineer is an added advantage.
2.Possess good working knowledge and relevant experience in the project Quality Management, and preferably on other multi-disciplinary aspects of project management
3.Integrates skills in people management, project management, engineering and business for comprehensive, all-rounded project portfolio delivery negotiation and people skills and inter-personal relations with stakeholders.
4.Strong understanding of project management planning & implementation
