Sunway Property & Facilities Management (Sunway PFM Sdn Bhd)is the Sunway Group's asset management firm which was established in 1991. The company presently manages a diversified portfolio of 32 million sq ft of build-up real estate space comprising office, retail, hospitality, medical, residential and education developments. The strong engineering capabilities of the Sunway PFM team is a key market differentiator where its building maintenance team carries out preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal asset performance and long-term life cycle maintenance costs.
Property Operations:Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including security, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Coordinate with various service providers to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
Resident Relations:Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Organize and participate in community events to foster a sense of belonging among residents.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning for assigned properties.
Monitor and control property-related expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure that all properties comply with local regulations and safety standards.
Implement and enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a secure and harmonious living environment.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in high-rise residential buildings.
Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations including Strata Act. Experience in Tribunal cases is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
