Responsible for planning and conducting research and development on new products and product improvement to lower production costs and maintain products of the highest quality that meet the customers' standards and requirements while complying with HACCP, GMP, and ISO requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct research on new product development and product improvement to lower production costs and maintain products of the highest quality that meet customers' standards and requirements.
Ensure incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products meet the customers' standards and requirements.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP & ISO requirements to meet the quality expectations of customers.
Continuously review and monitor the operating processes and results to find continuous improvements in procedures, methods, effectiveness, and resource utilization.
Ensure production yield and productivity (efficiency) are within set targets with minimum production costs and timely corrective actions are taken as necessary.
Ensure product quality through on-the-job training, guidance, and good housekeeping.
Provide timely and accurate product analysis reports as requested by management.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems relating to product functionality arising from production.
Lead and motivate subordinates to enable them to work together effectively and productively.
Other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Food Technology / Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related discipline.
Preferably a candidate with R&D experience in a food manufacturing environment.
Fresh graduates with similar internship experience will be considered.
This position is based at Sitiawan, Perak.
