Job Responsibilities: Selling lubricant additives and specialty chemicals to a diverse range of industries. Identify and develop new customer accounts while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. Build and cultivate strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and support. Promote and expand sales of both new and established products in the market. Prepare and execute sales forecasts, marketing plans, and reports, while monitoring market conditions and trends. Take full responsibility for payment collections, ensuring prompt payment of due and overdue accounts. Manage the entire sales process, ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Prepare quotations and conduct timely follow-up with potential clients. Evaluate and enhance sales performance, utilizing data to drive improvements and meet goals. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by management as needed. Location job opportunity: 1 position for southern region (Johor Bharu) and 2 position for central region (Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor) Branches. Qualifications and Experience required: Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, or a relevant field. Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the lubricant additives or specialty chemicals sector, or related industries. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proven sales track record and a focus on achieving results. Proficiency in English (spoken and written); fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or other languages is an advantage.
Competence in MS Office applications. Preferably 1-3 years of working experience in a related fie.
