Executive Secretary

Responsibilities: Provide support in coordinating all meetings, travel schedules, reservations and ad-hoc project Follow-up on issues raised during meetings, which may include consolidating reports, compiling status updates and chasing deadlines Take and draft minutes, business letters, memos and confidential documents Organise and maintain proper documentation arrangement, record and filing system for easy access and retrievalUndertake to support/assist on related and relevant marketing and customer projectsSupport on monthly reporting dashboard and reporting analysisResponsible for managing divisional/departmental budget tracking and reviewLiaise with internal/external parties such as answering calls, taking messages, screening phone calls and furnishing information where necessary Receive incoming mails or faxes and provide appropriate attention Develop and maintain communication and involvement with key personnel Provide support in data gathering and preparation of the presentation materials Perform any other duties as and when assignedRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Certificate in Secretaryship At least 3 years(s) of working experience in a related field Good computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications Must possess a good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work independently and under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality Pleasant personality with a good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels Excellent organisation and planning skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
